What this site is
tessanhealth.com is an informational, marketing website about Tessan's connected consultation stations, the pharmacies and partners that host them, and related content (About, FAQ, Blog). It doesn't provide medical care, a patient portal, or a booking system of its own.
Not medical advice
Content on this site, including the blog, is for general information only. It isn't medical advice and isn't a substitute for care from a licensed doctor. Using this site does not create a doctor-patient (or provider-patient) relationship. If you think you're having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Booking a visit
To see a doctor or book a call, this site links to third-party platforms: Zocdoc, Healthie, and Calendly. Those bookings, and any information you provide on those platforms, are governed by that platform's own terms, not these Terms of Use.
Other third-party links
This site links to, and in one case (the map on Find a Pharmacy) loads content from, services we don't operate. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site or service reached from a link on tessanhealth.com.
Content and trademarks
The text, design, and graphics on this site belong to Tessan, or are used with permission, and are made available for your personal, non-commercial use. Tessan's name and logo are trademarks of Tessan. Please don't use them without asking us first.
No warranty
This site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or current at every moment.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the site changes. Check the date above.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or to your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you agree to those courts having jurisdiction. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
